Frost Tower
Harwood No. 7
Frost Bank was a tenant in our Harwood No. 6 building, but was ready to expand. Together in 2015, we completed a 22-story build-to-suit for the growing firm.
The ground level features curated gardens and award-winning Harwood Hospitality restaurant, Dolce Riviera.
Rolex Building
Harwood No. 8
First in 1984 and then again in 2018, Harwood International has completed the build-to-suit for the luxury brand Rolex.
In 1984, the Rolex Building was the first building in Uptown Dallas - and the first in Harwood District.
Then, in 2018, Rolex was ready to expand their Southwestern headquarters into a full building all their own.
For this project, we enlisted starchitect Kengo Kuma.
Harwood No. 10
For Harwood No. 10, the building’s construction was already underway when data center giant CyrusOne inked the lease for their new global headquarters.
CyrusOne had been officing elsewhere in Dallas and were looking to expand. At Harwood No. 10, they moved into 49,809 square feet on the top floors of the building.
The tower was designed by in-house HDF and built by in-house HCMS construction teams.
